Sometimes referral URLs (URL from which the page is requested) are not sent in the request due to some browser settings. You should change it to allow referral URLs to be sent in order for this page to work properly.

Please follow the steps below to enable referral option in Firefox and latest Mozilla browsers.

     1.  Enter ‘about:config’ (without quotes) in your browsers address/ location bar

     2.  Look for an item called network.http.sendRefererHeader and double click it

     3.  Set the value to 2
