*   Setup Time:  Setup time is usually within 6-12 hours on business days and 12-24 hours over the weekend, however occasionally it may take longer due to the various fraud checks that we run. We do this to help protect clients and cardholders against credit card fraud.

*   Nameserver Changes:If hosting account is ordered for a domain already registered with NameCheap, or it is purchased along with domain registration, the DNS will be changed to our hosting ones automatically for shared accounts. For more details please refer to Nameservers updates section.

*   Welcome Emails:  Occasionally, due to excessive Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail anti-spam filtering, welcome emails can be sent to the spam folder or sometimes lost. If you feel this has happened to you, please submit a helpdesk ticket and we will resend your welcome email.

Once the setup is complete, you will receive an email (Welcome Email) with your login information for your web hosting account. If you don't receive the email within the specified period, please create a hosting support ticket at our helpdesk so that we can assist you faster.
